We recommend starting at level one or two during brisk walks. Once breathing remains steady without excessive neck tension, you can apply that resistance to light running.
what material is the breathing trainer made of
The central body is made of rigid polycarbonate and the interchangeable mouthpiece is medical-grade silicone. Both components are washable and free from bisphenol and phthalates.
how to clean the device after training
Detach the mouthpiece from the main chamber and rinse both parts with warm water and mild soap. Let it air dry on a clean surface before storing it in its case.
how can i pay for my order in the shop
We accept cash on delivery directly to the courier upon delivery or via advance bank transfer. We do not process payments by credit or debit card.
when is the order shipped
Orders placed before 16:00 on business days are prepared and handed over to the courier that same afternoon. Delivery times and tracking details are specified on the shipping page.
what is the return window and policy
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return the product, provided it retains its original packaging and the hygienic seal remains intact. For health protection reasons, unsealed items are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect.
