Order
Complete the purchase by paying cash on delivery or via direct bank transfer. An email containing your order ID will be sent immediately.
Dispatch
Orders received before the cutoff time ship the same business day, securely packaged and handed over to an insured courier service with a tracking code.
Use and return
Use the instrument following the user guide. If you decide not to keep it, you can request a return within 30 days in accordance with the guidelines in our relevant section.
