The goods
Retail sale of manual airflow control accessories, respiratory training mouthpieces, mechanical support nasal strips, auxiliary sports accessories, and digital informational materials on running breathing techniques provided by independent physical trainers. The product sheet for each item specifies package contents, metric units, and technical specifications. Graphic materials serve an illustrative purpose; outer packaging design may show minor variations.
Ordering and contract
The purchase request is recorded upon completing payment validation. The system issues an automated electronic confirmation; the contractual relationship is formalized once items are dispatched. The company reserves the right to decline an order due to lack of stock or inability to verify provided details, promptly refunding any collected funds.
Prices and payment
Prices are stated in EUR and include applicable VAT. Shipping charges are detailed before payment confirmation. Accepted methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical errors in rates prior to dispatch, offering customers the option to reconfirm the order or cancel without penalty.

Product images and colours
Photographs represent actual items from our warehouse. On-screen color representation varies depending on monitor settings and ambient lighting; minor shade differences do not constitute a manufacturing defect or justify return shipping refunds. Dimensions, polymers, and mechanical components are specified on each product's data sheet.
Transfer of risk
We maintain custody of equipment until its formal delivery by the carrier to the recipient or authorized representative. Upon delivery, the recipient assumes custody and risk of damage. Any visible external damage must be noted on the courier's delivery slip and reported to our technical support within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
The return window for any equipment is 30 days from receipt, in accordance with the procedure set out in the Returns section. Under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on consumer protection in Spain, physical products carry a legal three-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from friction, breakage resulting from drops, misuse of the accessory, or hygienic maintenance contrary to the user manual.
- Digital running training material downloaded or viewed immediately following purchase confirmation.
- Breathing accessories or mouthpieces whose protective hygienic seal has been unsealed after delivery, for reasons of health protection and public hygiene.
- Products made to customer custom specifications or expressly personalized for them.
- Items that, due to their hygienic nature or consumable material, are inseparably mixed with other goods after use.
- Consumable goods with a short expiration date or whose security seal shows clear signs of opening.
Liability
The maximum liability of Otoyashop Respiratoria S.L. toward the buyer is strictly limited to the actual purchase price paid for the corresponding purchase order, excluding indirect damages or loss of profit in accordance with Spanish civil and commercial law. Nothing in this document limits any statutory liabilities required by applicable law.
Age and use
You must be at least 18 years of age to place orders. Respiratory equipment must be used strictly following the enclosed instructions; technical use does not replace clinical consultation or medical diagnosis.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed entirely by the legal system of Spain. For the resolution of any contractual dispute, the parties expressly submit to the courts of the city of the consumer's habitual residence within Spain. In the event of a dispute not resolved directly, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts corresponding to the seller's registered address, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of the buyer's country of residence.
